The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Marco Blurström and Arvi Lind.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mills tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but McStickity defends well and Mills ends up having to push McStickity into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
McStickity has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Mills avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Mills wants a takedown but no success here.

McStickity breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
McStickity closes the distance and clinches up with Mills, looking for a takedown. McStickity pushes Mills against the cage but Mills circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
McStickity cracks a nice hook into Mills's ribs.
Mills misses with a combination
and McStickity connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
McStickity has a takedown stuffed.
Jesse Mills has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rickity McStickity.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McStickity is looking to clinch.

and McStickity counters with a two punch combo.
McStickity shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mills but Mills pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Mills tries to counter by moving into the clinch but McStickity manages to circle out of the way.
McStickity looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
McStickity leaves Mills with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
McStickity lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

Mills rushes McStickity and presses him up against the cage.

Mills ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Mills no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Mills on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Mills tries to get out of the position.

Mills is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! McStickity has his hands clasped together but Mills extends and breaks McStickity's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Mills.

In his post fight interview, Jesse Mills started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
