Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ty Lorenzo (ranked 4107 p4p, 4223 weight class) and Kingston Davids (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davids shoots in looking for a takedown but Lorenzo manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Davids's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Davids shoots for a double leg takedown but Lorenzo sprawls well. He's pushed Davids's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Davids avoids a kick to the body.

Davids changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lorenzo tries to avoid it but Davids manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lorenzo to the ground. Lorenzo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
It looked like Lorenzo was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Davids throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lorenzo's waist but Lorenzo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Davids off to one side.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ty Lorenzo.
