The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Picogram throws the left hand but Valerio avoids the punch easily.
Valerio throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Picogram connects with a crisp jab.
Valerio misses with a straight left.
Crunch! Picogram slams his shin into Valerio's torso.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Picogram.
Picogram connects with an inside leg kick.
A lazy left from Valerio finds it's target.
Valerio has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Valerio avoids the body shot from Picogram.
Picogram looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Valerio wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Picogram takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

As Valerio looks to move away, Picogram throws a big counter combo but Valerio just gets out of the way.

A nice side step and Valerio releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Picogram throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Valerio throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Picogram stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A looping hook to the body misses from Valerio. Picogram does a little dance to reset his feet.
Valerio slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Oh Picogram is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Picogram seems to have got his legs back now.

Valerio fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Picogram looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Picogram is breathing heavily.
Valerio connects with a body shot.
Valerio scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Valerio lands a big right hand that sends Picogram crashing to the mat! Valerio stays standing though and waves Picogram back to his feet!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Picogram bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Valerio comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Picogram falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Picogram was out before he hit the floor!
