The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gore throws a lazy uppercut
and Jacobson Ill counters with a stiff right hand.
Gore misses with a jab, cross combination.
Gore wants to clinch but Jacobson Ill slips to the side
enabling Jacobson Ill to counter with a crisp jab.
Jacobson Ill throws a combination. Gore tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Jacobson Ill circles away from the clinch attempt
and Jacobson Ill counters with a three punch combo that has Gore backing up. Gore nods at Jacobson Ill to acknowledge the strikes.
Jacobson Ill looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
