Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Daniel Franklin and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson lands a really nice looking cross but Tecumseh seems unphased.
Tecumseh shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jackson's guard.
Jackson has his hands on Tecumseh's head, controlling the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tecumseh won't allow Jackson to sweep him here.
Tecumseh makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Jackson has control of Tecumseh's left arm, preventing Tecumseh from doing any damage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Tecumseh accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

We've been hearing good reports from Jackson's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Jackson is pulling down on Tecumseh's head. It's preventing any offense from Tecumseh, at least for the moment.

Jackson has his foot on Tecumseh's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Tecumseh works his way back into a safe position though.

Jackson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Jackson is rocked!
Tecumseh postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Jackson covers up, he's hurt! Tecumseh keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Tecumseh and the ref steps in to end the fight! Tecumseh can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chief Tecumseh!
A very excited looking Chief Tecumseh made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
