The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marian is looking to clinch but Philips is avoiding it.
Philips drops down looking for a counter takedown but Marian sprawls and moves away.
Marian swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Philips holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
