Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sean Sutton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, LeBron Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sutton closes the distance and clinches up with Johnson, looking for a takedown. Sutton pushes Johnson against the cage but Johnson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Johnson throws a hook to the side of Sutton's head but Sutton sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Johnson shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Johnson showed some decent athleticism there.
Sutton wants to control but Johnson is keeping busy.
Johnson trying to control the action but Sutton is working from the bottom.
Sutton looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Sutton is looking to control Johnson's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Sutton avoid being mounted?
Johnson looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Johnson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Sutton is just riding it out for now. Johnson eventually gives up the hold.
Sutton is trying to control but can't.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Johnson connects with a solid leg kick.

Horrible takedown by Sutton or perhaps it was just good defense by Johnson which made him look bad.
Sutton shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Sutton takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sean Sutton. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sutton is breathing heavily.
Johnson throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Sutton colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Johnson as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Sutton is left battered and dazed whilst Johnson and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). LeBron Johnson!
