Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mariusz Pudzianowski (ranked 4154 p4p, 4949 weight class) and King Watson (ranked 401 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pudzianowski closes the distance and clinches up with Watson, looking for a takedown. Pudzianowski pushes Watson against the cage but Watson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Watson throws a counter combo.
Watson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Pudzianowski slips under a jab.
King Watson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pudzianowski scores with a head kick.
Pudzianowski fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Watson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Pudzianowski but Pudzianowski pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Pudzianowski tries to close the distance and clinch up but Watson swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Pudzianowski is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Watson is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Watson being controlled for a moment.
Watson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pudzianowski. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Pudzianowski has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Pudzianowski is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Watson has escaped the position, nice work there.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Watson is working to avoid the ground and pound but Pudzianowski connects with a decent elbow.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Watson is not content to let Pudzianowski control the position.
Watson is trying to escape the position but Pudzianowski is controlling the position.

Pudzianowski throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Watson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Pudzianowski shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Watson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Watson wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Pudzianowski manages to pass to side control.

Pudzianowski is taking a breather. Watson says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Watson is breathing heavily.
Pudzianowski seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Watson for as long as he can get away with.
This is a sustained period of stalling by Pudzianowski.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Watson tries to get to full guard but Pudzianowski has control of the leg.
Pudzianowski perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Pudzianowski is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Watson is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
