Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chame Boxing Champ (ranked 1586 p4p, 855 weight class) and Rich Mahogany (ranked 191 p4p, 103 weight class). Mahogany has chosen Litty as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mahogany closes the distance and clinches.
Mahogany keeps control of Boxing Champ as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Mahogany gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Boxing Champ regains guard.
Boxing Champ is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Mahogany is controlling him.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mahogany is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Boxing Champ is just riding it out for now. Mahogany eventually gives up the hold.

Mahogany has his foot on Boxing Champ's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Boxing Champ works his way back into a safe position though.
Boxing Champ not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Mahogany escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Boxing Champ gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Mahogany isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Boxing Champ stacks Mahogany on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Boxing Champ!

That was a close round but I would say that Chame Boxing Champ will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Mahogany moves forwards but Boxing Champ connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Boxing Champ looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mahogany is fending him off so far but Boxing Champ persists. Nope, Mahogany circles away and we're back to standing.

Mahogany feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Boxing Champ chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Mahogany can pounce on him.
Boxing Champ thuds his right hand into Mahogany's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Mahogany pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Boxing Champ fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mahogany manages to avoid it.

Mahogany doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Boxing Champ goes for a double leg but Mahogany avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mahogany continues to drive forward.
Boxing Champ is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Mahogany is defending well for now.

Mahogany tightens his grip and picks Boxing Champ up, before dumping him to the ground. Boxing Champ manages to land in guard.

Mahogany taking a breather but there's no such thing in a fight! Boxing Champ has locked on to a kimura from the bottom - he uses it to sweep and is now looking to finish from the top position! He's got it! Mahogany has tapped! Great work by Boxing Champ! Lay and pray doesn't pay, kids! Just remember, you heard it here first.
