Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tanjiro Namikaze (ranked 2924 p4p, 3859 weight class) and Naruto Uzumaki (ranked 205 p4p, 256 weight class). Naruto Uzumaki has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tanjiro Namikaze!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Naruto Uzumaki!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Dillan Fox and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Namikaze shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Namikaze slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Namikaze drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Uzumaki manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Namikaze has Uzumaki in his guard.

Namikaze wants to sweep but no luck.
Namikaze is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Namikaze manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Uzumaki manages to get himself to full guard.

Namikaze content to stall in guard here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Namikaze passes Uzumaki's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Namikaze looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Uzumaki with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Namikaze wants to control from the top but Uzumaki keeps moving.
Namikaze stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Uzumaki swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Namikaze postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Namikaze throws an elbow that misses. Uzumaki uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Namikaze's guard. Nice move by Uzumaki!

Namikaze's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Namikaze lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Uzumaki is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Uzumaki can do anything to dispel that myth.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Namikaze is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Uzumaki is surviving well by controlling Namikaze's body position as best he can.

Namikaze can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Uzumaki is looking to escape.

Namikaze has isolated one of Uzumaki's arms. Uzumaki looking to fight him off but Namikaze twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
