Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Judas Priest (ranked 2989 p4p, 1930 weight class) and Okoro Igwe (ranked 366 p4p, 261 weight class). Priest comes to the cage accompanied by Jiří Procházka Battle Scream. Okoro Igwe has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Judas Priest's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Igwe takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Priest closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Igwe has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Priest swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Igwe is now in Priest's guard. A big mistake from Priest there, giving up the dominant position!

Priest controls Igwe momentarily but Igwe frees himself.
Igwe stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Priest swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Igwe wants to control from the top but Priest keeps moving.
Igwe might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Priest haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Priest stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Igwe swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Priest is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Igwe knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Priest is trying to get an arm triangle but Igwe is defending well.
Igwe tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Priest wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Igwe is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Priest is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Igwe doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Priest.

Igwe gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Priest got a little sloppy there for a moment and Igwe has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Priest has managed to get both his arms back between Igwe's legs - danger averted.

Igwe bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Priest's guard.

Priest drops back looking for a leg! Igwe is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Igwe manages to kick Priest off! Priest jumps back into Igwe's guard.

Igwe is trying to push Priest off with his feet but Priest grabs hold of one of the legs and drops back looking for a submission! He's cranking on one of Igwe's ankles and Igwe is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaall over!
