Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Jaxon (ranked 2051 p4p, 3621 weight class) and Emiljan Frasheri (ranked 283 p4p, 424 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Frank Jaxon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Emiljan Frasheri!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Chad Campbell and Russell Pearce.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jaxon takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

It looks like Frank Jaxon has been cut.

Frasheri lands a big shot that drops Jaxon! Can he finish him?

Jaxon is rocked!
Frasheri postures up.
Oh Jaxon is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jaxon tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Frasheri loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Jaxon might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Frasheri wants to pass the guard but Jaxon is keeping the position.
Frasheri trying to stand up but can't free himself from Jaxon's guard.
Jaxon seems to have got his legs back now.

Frasheri looks to throw the jab but Jaxon is out of range.
Emiljan Frasheri seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jaxon takes one to the side of the head.
Frasheri throws a poor cross that misses

and Jaxon counters by clinching up.
Frasheri is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Jaxon is keeping busy.
Jaxon drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Frasheri gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Frasheri breaks the clinch.
Frasheri has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Oh, that's a big right hand from Frasheri and Jaxon goes tumbling to the canvas! Frasheri follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

Frasheri is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Frasheri is trying to control but can't.
Jaxon wants to take a breather but Frasheri is having none of it.
Jaxon seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Frasheri is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Jaxon scores with a couple of nice shots.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Frasheri wants to get back to his feet.
Jaxon is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

It looks like Emiljan Frasheri has been cut.
Frasheri keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Jaxon wants to pass the guard but Frasheri is defending well.

Jaxon seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Frasheri does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Jaxon stops Frasheri from getting back to his feet.
Frasheri throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Frasheri is refusing to be controlled, as Jaxon sits in half guard.

Jaxon is working for a kimura but Frasheri is defending it quite comfortably.
Frasheri is looking for a sweep. Jaxon is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Emiljan Frasheri dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Nice shot lands for Frasheri.

Frasheri bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Jaxon! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

Jaxon is looking for a triangle but Frasheri pushes his legs off easily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Jaxon is on top in guard.

Frasheri looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Jaxon puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Frasheri is looking to get back to full guard here but Jaxon has managed to pass to side control instead.
Jaxon tries to advance to mount but can't.
Jaxon trying to control the position but Frasheri is working away.
Frasheri is looking for a sweep.
Jaxon wants to lay and pray for a moment but Frasheri keeps working.

Jaxon working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Jaxon is putting a hurting on Frasheri here, landing some big shots from side control.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Frasheri can do anything to dispel that myth.
Jaxon is looking to take a break and control but Frasheri is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Frasheri tries to buck Jaxon off but Jaxon is having none of it.
Jaxon tries to score with some ground and pound. Frasheri controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Jaxon thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

The cut above Emiljan Frasheri's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Frasheri parries the strikes from Jaxon easily there. Jaxon is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Frasheri to escape.
Jaxon wants to lay and pray for a moment but Frasheri keeps working.

Frasheri tries to bench press Jaxon off him but Jaxon keeps the position.
You can see the frustration on Frasheri's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Frank Jaxon overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Emiljan Frasheri's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Emiljan Frasheri's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:47 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Frank Jaxon!
During a confident post fight interview, Frank Jaxon thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
