The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Almeda throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Reds head.
Almeda looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Almeda dodges an elbow strike from Red.

Red creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Almeda avoids the elbow strike from Red, against the cage.
With the fighters up against the cage, Red throws an elbow but misses.

Almeda wants the takedown. Red is fighting it off but Almeda persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Red's guard against the cage.
