The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Chris Saunders and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Juncker avoids a kick to the body.
Kapanadze misses with a leg kick
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Juncker throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Kapanadze keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Juncker connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Juncker misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kapanadze.

Kapanadze throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Juncker's waist but Juncker gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kapanadze off to one side.

Juncker fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kapanadze manages to avoid it.

Juncker has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Juncker digs a right hand into Kapanadze's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Kapanadze's gas tank.

Juncker dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kapanadze. That did some damage!
Kapanadze will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Juncker catches Kapanadze with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Kapanadze stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Juncker.
Juncker throws a looping overhand right but Kapanadze ducks down to avoid it.
Kapanadze is trying hard to land a takedown here. Juncker sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Juncker lands a left and a right that send Kapanadze crashing to the mat, dazed. Juncker thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Lasha Kapanadze has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Juncker throws a right hand that Kapanadze ducks under and follows up with a left that Kapanadze also avoids with ease.
A looping hook to the body misses from Juncker. Kapanadze does a little dance to reset his feet.
Kapanadze shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Juncker defends it nicely.

Juncker tries to clinch but Kapanadze moves out of range.
Kapanadze fails in his attempt to clinch.
Marco Juncker is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
An inside leg kick lands from Juncker.
A left and a right from Kapanadze both land. Nice combination.
Juncker throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kapanadze stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
A solid leg kick lands there for Juncker.
Kapanadze closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Kapanadze avoids the body shot from Juncker.
Juncker sends Kapanadze crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Juncker is motioning to the referee to let Kapanadze up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Kapanadze is rocked!
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Juncker closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Kapanadze! Juncker dives in looking to finish! Kapanadze is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marco Juncker!
After winning the bout, Marco Juncker thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
