Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Mazepin (ranked 2706 p4p, 3651 weight class) and Dwalin Giantslayer (ranked 0 p4p, 402 weight class). Mazepin comes to the cage accompanied by boom. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mazepin slips a jab and a cross from Giantslayer.
Giantslayer throws a hook but Mazepin blocks it.
Giantslayer throws out a loose jab but Mazepin uses good head movement to avoid it.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Mazepin enables Giantslayer to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Mazepin manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mazepin will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

My spies in London MMA Club inform me that Giantslayer has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Dwalin Giantslayer decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
