The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sitsongrit scores with a push kick.

Sitsongrit fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Nakabisha to the ground. Sitsongrit is now in Nakabisha's guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Sitsongrit drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Nakabisha dives on top into guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Nakabisha is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Petchuangtong Sitsongrit seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sitsongrit throws a head kick that Nakabisha semi-blocks.

Sitsongrit seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
A slapping leg kick lands for Nakabisha.
Sitsongrit avoids a kick to the body.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Nice shot lands for Sitsongrit.

Sitsongrit manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Nakabisha on his heels. He'll look to pass Nakabisha's guard now, I'm sure.
