Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Jordan Ruiz (ranked 5017 p4p, 5519 weight class) and Brady Punch (ranked 526 p4p, 563 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jordan Ruiz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brady Punch!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruiz pivots, looking for a leg kick but Punch is out of range and Ruiz settles back down.
Jordan Ruiz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ruiz is looking to clinch but Punch is avoiding it.
Punch swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Punch misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Ruiz takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Punch blocks a jab.
Ruiz with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Punch to score with a decent uppercut.
Punch pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Ruiz back to the ropes. Punch follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Ruiz pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A chopping leg kick lands by Ruiz.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Punch takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Ruiz attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Ruiz keeps the fight on the outside.
A punch lands to the side of Ruiz 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Ruiz walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Punch checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Punch misses with a wild combination.
Punch fails to land with a series of punches.
Ruiz wants to clinch.
Ruiz tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Punch paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Ruiz throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ruiz connects with an inside leg kick.
Ruiz throws a push kick but Punch slaps the foot to one side.

Ruiz tries a head kick but it misses.
Punch lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Ruiz misses with a head kick.
Punch throws a right and a left that both miss.
Ruiz circles away from the clinch attempt.
Ruiz fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Punch manages to avoid it.

Ruiz doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Ruiz has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Firm in the buildup to the fight.
Punch tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ruiz jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.

Punch grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Ruiz takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Punch cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
