PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pelosi Davito (ranked 1207 p4p, 1107 weight class) and Khadem Abdul Karim (ranked 156 p4p, 144 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Davito is fighting off a takedown attempt but Abdul Karim is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Davito to the mat. Davito regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
