Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Bloe Fish!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Andor Kovacs!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Chris Edwards and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fish bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Fish is trying to get an arm triangle but Kovacs is defending well.
Kovacs is trying to buck Fish off.
Kovacs is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Kovacs struggling a bit here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fish trying to control the position but Kovacs is working away.
Fish looking to control but instead Kovacs has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kovacs is controlling Fish's position as best he can from this difficult position.
Kovacs moves into full guard.
Fish slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Kovacs is looking to reverse the position.
Kovacs gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
We've been hearing that Fish has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Kovacs is controlling Fish's position as best he can from this difficult position.

Fish prevents Kovacs from improving his position.

Fish trying to control the position from guard on top but Kovacs is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Fish has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Kovacs is controlling Fish's posture.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Fish doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Kovacs counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Kovacs closes the distance and clinches.
Fish tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Kovacs just stands there and leans against the cage.
Fish jumps guard but Kovacs turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bloe Fish. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kovacs lands a body punch.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Kovacs creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Kovacs lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Kovacs lands a body punch in the clinch.
Kovacs lands on the inside with an uppercut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fish wants a takedown but no success here.
Kovacs presses Fish against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Kovacs is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Kovacs's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Kovacs connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

A jab lands there for Kovacs.
Fish shoots in for a takedown but Kovacs shows good takedown defense.

Fish tries to keep at a distance but Kovacs has taken the fight into the clinch.
Kovacs throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Fishs head.
Kovacs scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Kovacs lands a right hand that snaps the head of Fish backwards.
Kovacs lands a body shot in the clinch.
Kovacs lands a body shot.
Fish takes a shot to the head.
A body shot lands from Kovacs.
Fish being controlled against the cage.
Fish tries to pull guard but Kovacs forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kovacs displaying some good clinch control by pressing Fish up against the cage.

Kovacs breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Fish shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Kovacs counters with a nice uppercut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Fish takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Fish is rocked!
Kovacs lands a brutal uppercut that launches Fish off his feet! Fish tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:41 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Andor Kovacs!
A less than humble Andor Kovacs misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
