The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dean tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jaxon was well out of range. Poor timing from Dean.
Dean bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Jaxon's head.
Dean throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Dean sets himself, and Jaxon steps forward looking for the clinch! Dean avoids it this time.
Nice uppercut there from Dean.
Dean connects with a single shot there.
Dean lands a nice shot that snaps Jaxon's head back.
Dean looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Jaxon looks for a takedown but Dean sprawls well.
Dean lands with an uppercut that bounces Jaxon off the cage and back into range.
Dean scores with a shot to the body.
Jaxon takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jaxon is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Jaxon unleashes a big counter combination but Dean bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Dean lands a left and a right that send Jaxon crashing to the mat, dazed. Dean thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Jaxon is rocked!

It looks like Frank Jaxon has been cut.
Jaxon shoots and misses
and Dean counters with a huge left! Jaxon is in big trouble! He's backing up but Dean isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Jaxon from any more damage. A dominating finish by Dean!

After winning the bout, Randall Dean thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
