And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rick Knuckles!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Dillan Fox and Yves DeLean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knuckles slips a jab and a cross from Burlaka.
Burlaka swinging wildly here.
Knuckles appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Burlaka seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Denis Burlaka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Knuckles takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Knuckles throws a series of punches but Burlaka avoids them all with ease.
Burlaka throws a lazy uppercut
and Knuckles counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Burlaka scores with a one two! Knuckles had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Burlaka takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Burlaka throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Knuckles sees it coming and avoids it easily.
It seemed like Knuckles was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Knuckles fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Burlaka looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Knuckles pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Burlaka back to the cage. Knuckles follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Burlaka takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Burlaka jabs Knuckles right on the nose. Knuckles blinks but takes it well.
Knuckles ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Knuckles slips a jab and a cross from Burlaka.
Burlaka throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Knuckles sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Knuckles gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Knuckles tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Burlaka is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Knuckles buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Knuckles!! Knuckles is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Burlaka throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Denis Burlaka!
Denis Burlaka bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
