Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Scott Summers!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Franklyn Lucas and Columbo Gatti.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dickenson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Summers swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Dickenson throws a head kick but Summers moves out of range.
Scott Summers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Summers fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Dickenson sprawls well initially but Summers persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Summers jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Dickenson manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Summers got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dickenson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Summers has managed to get both his arms back between Dickenson's legs - danger averted.
Dickenson thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Summers fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Dickenson throws a wild body kick that Summers sees coming a mile off.
Dickenson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Summers tries to clinch up.
Summers closes the distance and clinches up with Dickenson, looking for a takedown. Summers pushes Dickenson against the cage but Dickenson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Lou Dickenson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Scott Summers.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
