Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Pekka Perkalla (ranked 2609 p4p, 3632 weight class) and Antwon Phisher (ranked 216 p4p, 288 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Antwon Phisher enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Antwon Phisher!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Phisher wants to hit a sweep here but Perkalla passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Phisher there!

Phisher wants to hold on but Perkalla pushes him away.

Phisher is still in real trouble! Can Perkalla finish him?
Perkalla lands a big shot there that rocks Phisher but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Phisher really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Perkalla. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Perkalla loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Phisher scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Perkalla land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Perkalla stands and salutes the crowd.
