Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Kolzak Drugov (ranked 4548 p4p, 4654 weight class) and Brady Punch (ranked 524 p4p, 534 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

Punch is looking to control Drugov's arms but Drugov gets an underhook and turns him. Now Punch has his back to the ropes.

Drugov breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Drugov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Punch has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Punch throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Drugov.

and Punch makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

As Punch looks to move away, Drugov throws a big counter combo but Punch just gets out of the way.

Drugov will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Kolzak Drugov will probably get the nod.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Drugov tries to close the distance and clinch but Punch swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

A decent looking cross lands there for Drugov.

Drugov throws a switch kick that catches Punch on the top of the head and drops him to the canvas! Punch looks hurt - I'm not sure he's going to get back up! The referee starts the count but calls it off at seven as Punch flops around on the canvas, clearly in no position to continue! This fight is over!
