The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fredricks misses with a head kick.

Orcarm closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Fredricks did well to prevent Orcarm getting side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Fredricks is looking to improve his position.
Fredricks knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Orcarm on the ground.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Fredricks displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Orcarm.
Kent Fredricks has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Murfum Orcarm.

Orcarm bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Orcarm working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Fredricks is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Orcarm has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Fredricks taps out!
