Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Jeetum Ze (ranked 4486 p4p, 5298 weight class) and Vidar Ihle (ranked 540 p4p, 585 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jeetum Ze!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Vidar Ihle!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Steve Montenegro and Joseph Jones.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ihle throws an overhand right that lands on Ze's shoulder, as Ze tries to avoid the shot.
Ihle swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Ze definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Ze swings away with a body shot that misses
and Ihle counters with a nice uppercut.
Ihle throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Ze on the side of the head.
Ihle lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ze circles away quickly and effectively.

Ihle rushes Ze and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Ihle trying to control the position but instead, Ze has worked for underhooks and has pushed Ihle into the ropes.
Ze lands with a light punch inside.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ihle's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Ihle wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Ze has him pressed against the ropes.
Ihle blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Ze is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Ihle is defending well for now.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Ze.
Ihle can't find room to land a body shot as Ze controls the action.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ihle is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the ropes.
Ze tries to land knees in the clinch but Ihle avoids the damage to the body.
Ze tries a body shot but Ihle blocks it.
Ze lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Ze lands a body shot.
Ze misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Ihle.
Ze tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Ihle avoids it.
Ihle tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Ze's elbow.
Ze lands a left hand.
Ze looking to throw knees to the head but Ihle is blocking nicely.
Ihle blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Ze has his opponent in a tight Thai clinch and unloads with a massive knee that drops Ihle to the canvas! Can Ihle beat the count? 3,4,5,6 and he's up... is he? Yes, he's up! The referee is taking a long look at him and he's going to allow it to continue!

It looks like Vidar Ihle has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ihle looks to land a combination but Ze avoids it well.
Ze was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Ihle throws a body punch but Ze moves out of range.
Ze is looking to counter the offense by Ihle and move into the clinch.
Ihle misses the shot to the body.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ihle tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Ze paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Ihle closes the distance looking to clinch
enabling Ze to counter with a crisp jab.

Ihle is rocked!

Ze closes the distance and pushes Ihle back into the ropes.
Ze creates a bit of space and fires a knee right up the middle, almost lifting Ihle off his feet and sending him crashing to the canvas! Ihle is trying to get back to his feet but his equilibrium is completely gone! The referee has called it off! This fight is over! Ze is jumping up and down like a mad man, celebrating with his cornermen.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Jeetum Ze!
Our winner, Jeetum Ze, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
