PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alistair Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and batista haight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). haight comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Forgot About Dre - Eminem kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Alistair Drake looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
haight throws a head kick but Drake moves out of range.
haight shoots in for a double leg but Drake sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Drake shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Drake showed some decent athleticism there.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Drake has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but haight can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
