Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jake Gyllenhall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Paddy O Furnichur!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Percy O'Donnell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Gyllenhall does no damage.
Gyllenhall throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
O Furnichur swings for the body but Gyllenhall moves out of range.
O Furnichur slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
O Furnichur feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Gyllenhalls jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
O Furnichur connects with a good right hand that stumbles Gyllenhall. Gyllenhall circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Nice uppercut lands for O Furnichur. That snapped Gyllenhall's head back.
Gyllenhall throws a right hand that O Furnichur ducks under and follows up with a left that O Furnichur also avoids with ease.
Gyllenhall wants to clinch.

O Furnichur cracks Gyllenhall with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Gyllenhall definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Gyllenhall shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. O Furnichur defends it nicely.

It seemed like O Furnichur was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

A punch lands to the side of Gyllenhall 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

O Furnichur fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Gyllenhall to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Gyllenhall looks to clinch but O Furnichur throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Gyllenhall taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
