The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rivera misses with a double jab.
Rivera is looking to land body kicks.
Rivera throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rivera fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Gutierrez checks it well.
Rivera keeps the fight on the outside.
As Gutierrez backs off Rivera throws a huge counter combo but Gutierrez manages to avoid it all.
Rivera misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gutierrez shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rivera as he jumps to the side.
Gutierrez throws a series of punches but Rivera avoids them all with ease.
Rivera is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rivera throws the kick towards the body but Gutierrez avoids it.

Rivera drops Gutierrez with a beautiful combination! Gutierrez stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Rivera is looking for the KO!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Rivera throws a series of punches but Gutierrez moves out of range.
Oh Gutierrez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gutierrez walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Rivera swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
