Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gregoire Aebersold (ranked 3045 p4p, 2841 weight class) and Will Hopper (ranked 406 p4p, 387 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gregoire Aebersold!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Will Hopper!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Trevor Gratis and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aebersold steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Hopper.
Aebersold swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Aebersold moves in looking to clinch but Hopper pushes him off.
Aebersold tries for a takedown but Hopper circles away easily
and Hopper counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Gregoire Aebersold has been cut.
Aebersold wants to clinch
and Hopper counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Aebersold thinking.
Hopper drops Aebersold with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Aebersold looks back up at him and smiles so Hopper waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hopper swats away the attempt to clinch by Aebersold.
Hopper circles away from the clinch attempt.
Aebersold tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Aebersold walks into a straight right hand from Hopper.
Aebersold is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Aebersold closes the distance looking to clinch
and Hopper counters with a right hand from hell and Aebersold is out cold! A vicious knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Will Hopper!
