Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Skye Breeze (ranked 4388 p4p, 25288 weight class) and Acelino Jofre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Skye Breeze!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Acelino Jofre!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Robert Douchet and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jofre on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Breeze connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Breeze lands with a hook. Jofre tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Breeze really is a fat lump.
Breeze leaves Jofre with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Jofre gets a double leg takedown into Breeze's guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jofre wants to pass the guard but Breeze is keeping the position.

Jofre drops back looking for a leg! Breeze is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Breeze manages to kick Jofre off! Jofre jumps back into Breeze's guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Sloppy strikes from Jofre. Those never looked like landing.
Breeze swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Breeze is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jofre.
A big right from Breeze misses.
Jofre shoots in and drives through. Breeze sprawls well.
Jofre takes the fight into the clinch.
Jofre is looking for a takedown.
Skye Breeze has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Acelino Jofre.
Breeze misses with some punches.
Jofre jumps guard and drags Breeze to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Jofre wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Jofre is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Jofre is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Breeze's shoulder. That is not cool.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Jofre misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Jofre is trying to get an arm triangle but Breeze is defending well.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Jofre blocks a jab.
Jofre changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Breeze looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Jofre misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Jofre postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jofre stands up and beckons Breeze to his feet.
Jofre goes for a double leg but Breeze avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Breeze continues to drive forward.

Jofre looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Acelino Jofre is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Jofre moves into range and clinches up with Breeze.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Jofre has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Breeze is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Skye Breeze has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Acelino Jofre.

Jofre drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jofre jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Jofre throwing strikes here but Breeze is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Jofre.
Jofre is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Breeze is just riding it out for now. Jofre eventually gives up the hold.

Acelino Jofre comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Jofre winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
