Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nuvaqirq swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Nuvaqirq drives through and clinches with Martinelli against the cage.
Nuvaqirq's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Nuvaqirq breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
No luck for Martinelli with that takedown attempt.
Nuvaqirq lands a head shot.
Nuvaqirq looks to land a combination but Martinelli avoids it well.
Nuvaqirq looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nuvaqirq missing with a left hand there. Martinelli was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Martinelli misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Nuvaqirq lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

Nuvaqirq rushes Martinelli and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Nuvaqirq escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A jab from Nuvaqirq does it's job there.
Nuvaqirq throws a one two combo.
Nuvaqirq connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Martinelli tumbling to the canvas! Nuvaqirq pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Martinelli was done - good stoppage!
