Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pykky Kalla (ranked 2826 p4p, 1200 weight class) and Luka Stjepanic (ranked 353 p4p, 163 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kalla just misses with a punch to the body.
Kalla throws a body shot but no joy.
Stjepanic throws a jab when Kalla was well out of range.
Kalla moves out of range of the body kick.
Kalla tried to score with a low kick but Stjepanic checks it.

It looks like Pykky Kalla has been cut.
Some bone on bone action there as Stjepanic checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Kalla throws a shot from downtown. Stjepanic moves away and avoids it.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Stjepanic steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kalla.
Stjepanic uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Kalla has time to react.
Stjepanic wants to land a leg kick but Kalla is out of range.
Stjepanic lunges at Kalla with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Kalla's hand.
Kalla misses the shot to the body.

Kalla gets the takedown into side control.

Kalla misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Kalla is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Stjepanic can do to turn this around?
The referee asks Kalla politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Kalla prefers to stall for the moment though.
Stjepanic avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Kalla.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
