The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magabi ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Magabi counters with a body kick.
Devil throws a sloppy head kick
and Magabi makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Devil throws an off balance right hand
and Magabi counters with a slapping leg kick.
Devil throws a poor cross that misses
and Magabi counters with a nice body kick.
Devil pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Magabi doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Magabi has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Devil is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Devil throws a series of punches but Magabi moves out of range.
Magabi throws a quick inside leg kick.
Devil swings widly with a right hand
and Magabi counters with a left and a right that stings Devil.

Magabi sends Devil crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Magabi is motioning to the referee to let Devil up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

It looks like Tazmanian Devil has been cut.
Devil is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Devil throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Devil ducks into an uppercut from Magabi and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
