The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leaf avoids the head kick by De La Rosa.
Leaf was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Leaf throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
De La Rosa scores with a hook.
A shot to the body from Leaf misses
and De La Rosa counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
De La Rosa throws a looping overhand right but Leaf ducks down to avoid it.
De La Rosa takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Leaf lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as De La Rosa backs up against the cage.

De La Rosa throws an uppercut from hell that sends Leaf clean off his feet! He's out cold! De La Rosa stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
