Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Theros Ironfeld (ranked 2658 p4p, 2656 weight class) and Billy Williams (ranked 319 p4p, 318 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ironfeld lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Ironfeld, as that shot connected.

Theros Ironfeld is winning the standup battle so far.
Ironfeld takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Williams takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Ironfeld lands a huge takedown. Williams is out but the ref is slow to react and Ironfeld lands 3 more undefended punches before the fight is stopped. Brutal finish. Williams lies on the canvas for a good minute before the doctors bring him round. Good to see he's OK.

A determined Theros Ironfeld didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
