Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lev Kuznetsov (ranked 2737 p4p, 24949 weight class) and Tristan Tofan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tofan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kuznetsov but Kuznetsov pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Tofan looks to land a combination but Kuznetsov avoids it well.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kuznetsov is pressing down on Tofan's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kuznetsov is on top in guard.

Kuznetsov works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Tofan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kuznetsov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Kuznetsov is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Kuznetsov lands a nice short elbow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kuznetsov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Kuznetsov is nestled in close to Tofan, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
