Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Fedor Osipov!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, David Schapiro and Jorge Garcia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gage tries to close the distance and clinch up but Osipov swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Osipov feints and as Gage raises his hands in defense, Osipov changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Osipov must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Gage is looking for a triangle but Osipov pushes his legs off easily.

Gage is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Osipov is aware though and is defending well.

Gage working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Osipov doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Osipov manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gage seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Gage has his foot on Osipov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Osipov works his way back into a safe position though.

A very excited looking Fedor Osipov rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
