Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zig Zig (ranked 25175 p4p, 2261 weight class) and Froma Lan (ranked 0 p4p, 271 weight class). Lan is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Men At work - Down under. Froma Lan will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Zig Zig!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Froma Lan!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Dirk Anderson and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zig lands a lovely overhand right.
It looks like Froma Lan has been cut.
Lan shoots in looking for a takedown. Zig tries to sprawl out of it but Lan keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Zig manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Zig throwing a counter right hand but Lan manages to avoid it.
Lan slips under a jab.
Zig feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Lan sprawling to the canvas! Lan rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Zig finish him?!
Lan tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Zig defends well and Lan ends up having to push Zig into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Some bone on bone action there as Zig checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Zig appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Zig throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Lan steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Zig.
Lan tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Zig throws a poor cross that misses
and Lan counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Zig knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lan on the ground.
Lan is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Zig is just riding it out for now. Lan eventually gives up the hold.
Lan in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Zig tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Lan!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Froma Lan!
Our winner, Froma Lan, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
