Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Total Cabbage (ranked 4349 p4p, 3078 weight class) and Lem Hoang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Dirk Anderson and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cabbage throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Hoang was covering up waiting for the punch and Cabbage finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cabbage passes Hoang's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Hoang is looking for a sweep. Cabbage is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Cabbage is looking for a kimura here.
Cabbage misses with a head shot. Hoang uses the momentum to regain guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Lem Hoang showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
