Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dingeo Alcatraz (ranked 5491 p4p, 4085 weight class) and Graham Walters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alcatraz on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Walters lands with a cross.
Alcatraz shoots in for a takedown but Walters shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Alcatraz dodges the punch combination from Walters .
Walters lands a right hook to the body.
Nice sprawl there from Alcatraz as Walters shoots in.
Walters is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Alcatraz.
Alcatraz shoots in but Walters avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Walters stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Walters wants it to stay on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dingeo Alcatraz. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Walters lands a right hook to the body.
Walters getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
The crowd cheers as Walters lands an impressive looking overhand right. Alcatraz doesn't seem phased though.
Graham Walters seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Alcatraz takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Alcatraz tries to keep at a distance but Walters has taken the fight into the clinch.

Alcatraz escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Walters moves into the clinch successfully.

Alcatraz has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Walters uses from the top position.
Alcatraz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Walters not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Alcatraz looking for a sweep. Not yet Alcatraz, not yet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Walters slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Walters wants to stand but Alcatraz has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Alcatraz will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Alcatraz tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Walters engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Walters dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Alcatraz is breathing heavily.
Alcatraz doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Walters counters with a straight right hand.

Alcatraz clinches up against the cage.

Walters pushes off an throws an elbow but Alcatraz leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Walters lands with a left to the head.

Alcatraz breaks from the clinch.

Walters lands a left and a right that send Alcatraz crashing to the mat, dazed. Walters thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Dingeo Alcatraz has been cut.
Walters lands a jab to the head.

Alcatraz is rocked!
The fighters circle momentarily. Walters darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Oh Alcatraz is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Walters closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Alcatraz out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
