The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bison tries to bum rush Clarkint with a series of wild strikes but Clarkint uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bison throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Clarkint is looking to clinch but Bison is avoiding it.
Bison ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Clarkint on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Bison misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bison throws a lazy right hand but Clarkint sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Clarkint slips a straight right by Bison.
Bison circles away from the clinch attempt.
Bison misses with an uppercut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Clarkint has Bison pressed against the cage, preventing Bison from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Bison has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Clarkint is proving hard to escape from.
My spies in 3Band MMA inform me that Bison has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Bison decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Bison sizes up Clarkint with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Bison swings and misses with a hook to the body.
As Bison tries to get set, Clarkint tries to push him back and clinch up but Bison manages to avoid the attempt.
Bison lands a nice looking body shot.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Bison, as that shot connected.
Clarkint is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.
Clarkint wants to clinch.
Bison now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Bison throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bison takes a swing at Clarkint's ribcage but misses.
Bison misses with a wild body shot.
Clarkint tries to counter with a takedown but Bison is quick to defend against it.
Bison swings for the body but Clarkint moves out of range.

Oooooh!!! Bison has knocked Clarkint down with a huge combo! Bison steps away and waves a wobbly Clarkint back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Clarkint is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Clarkint takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Oh Clarkint is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bison lands with a nice body punch.
Bison is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Clarkint rather than just go for the knockout.
Clarkint is breathing heavily.
Clarkint takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Bison throws an overhand right that has Clarkint reeling! Bison follows up with more punches and Clarkint is out cold! This one is all over!
