Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tazmanian Devil (ranked 2913 p4p, 4291 weight class) and Animo Anito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tazmanian Devil!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Animo Anito!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Winston Howard and Topper Green.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Devil misses with a straight left.
Anito lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Anito uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Devil.
Anito bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Devil could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Devil misses with a lunging right hand
and Anito counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Anito throws a series of punches but Devil moves out of range.
Anito lands a jab to Devil's midsection.
Anito throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Anito avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
A looping hook to the body misses from Devil. Anito does a little dance to reset his feet.
Anito works Devil's body with a nice hook.
Anito connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Anito throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Devil stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Anito scores with a crisp jab that stopped Devil in his tracks.

Tazmanian Devil's cut is getting worse.
Anito lands with a slapping head kick.
Devil is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Tazmanian Devil's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Anito sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Devil's defenses. It connects perfectly with Devil's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
