Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Adam Bruno!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kendrick Edwards !
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Colin Fray and Josh West.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid body kick from Edwards .
Edwards swats away the attempt to clinch by Bruno.
Edwards is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Edwards shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bruno as he avoids it easily.

Bruno goes for a takedown attempt but Edwards pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Edwards has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bruno sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Edwards seems to have recovered his senses.

Edwards is pressed up against the cage. Bruno has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Edwards down to the mat. Edwards avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Edwards shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bruno sprawls well. Bruno wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Edwards gets slowly back to his feet.
Edwards tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bruno paws at him with a jab and circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A big shot lands for Bruno! That's hurt Edwards ! Will he recover? Bruno fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
