Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Test Guy (ranked 4589 p4p, 3084 weight class) and Emmanuel Burns (ranked 0 p4p, 177 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burns tries to clinch

and Guy counters with a nice double leg into side control. Burns won't be happy with that.
Burns tries to bench press Guy off him but Guy keeps the position.
Burns is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Guy's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Guy looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Burns with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Burns is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Guy is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Guy has escaped and now he's on top!

Burns looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Guy has picked Burns up and slammed him! Burns can't keep hold of the triangle and Guy manages to pass to side control!

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Guy lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.

Burns is rocked!

Burns is still in real trouble! Can Guy finish him?
Guy scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Burns to see if he's OK.

Guy wants to control but Burns is keeping him busy.

Burns is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Guy's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Burns closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Burns wants to lay and pray for a moment but Guy keeps working.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Guy swats away the attempt to clinch by Burns.

Burns is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Guy's half guard.
Guy is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Burns's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Burns's back!
Burns covers up after that shot from Guy.
Burns is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.

Guy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
