The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Thiago Cunha and Luis Engracia.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Probert shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Green but Green pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Green tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Probert manages to circle out of the way.

Probert drives through and clinches with Green against the cage.

Green jumps into guard, dragging Probert to the mat.
Probert trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Probert drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Probert jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Probert wants to control from the top but Green keeps moving.
Green is controlling Probert's posture.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Green is pulling down on Probert's head. It's preventing any offense from Probert, at least for the moment.
Green bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Probert's guard.

Probert tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Probert not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Probert has his foot on Green's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Green works his way back into a safe position though.

Green wants to pass the guard but Probert is keeping the position.
Green slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Green is taking a breather. Probert says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Probert moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Probert is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Green seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Probert working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Green doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Green manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Green seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Probert for as long as he can get away with.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Green looking to improve position, pressing down on Probert's thigh with his hand. Probert seems to be working to lock up a guilotine though... is Green paying attention? Apparently not! He's locked it up tight! Green's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Probert picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!
