The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hale scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Berzebal moves out of range of the leg kick from Hale.
Hale throws out a leg kick but Berzebal moves out of range and Hale only half commits.
Berzebal takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Berzebal is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Hale is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Hale has escaped and now he's on top!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Berzebal is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Berzebal fails with an attempt to clinch.

Hale drops Berzebal with a beautiful combination! Berzebal stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Hale is looking for the KO!

It looks like Makana Berzebal has been cut.
Berzebal backs away from a small jab... but Hale lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Berzebal crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Hale with a spectacular finish!
