The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Gawain misses.
Gawain uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sins.

Gawain closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Gawain thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Sins's head.

Gawain seems to be working for a kimura but Sins defends the submission attempt.
Sins tries to roll over but Gawain keeps him under control.

Gawain uses his free foot to push down on Sins's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Sins.
