The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Eliza Hachem and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wu Sang looks to land a left hand but Grice moved out of range nicely.
Wu Sang missing with a left hand there. Grice was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Zaq Wu Sang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wu Sang throws a body punch but Grice moves out of range.
Wu Sang looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Grice escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Wu Sang gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Wu Sang avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Wu Sang keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Grice's head.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Wu Sang has hold of Grice's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Grice manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Wu Sang blocks Grice's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
Grice swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
Grice can't escape the position.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Wu Sang throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Grice has his hands clasped together but Wu Sang breaks the hold and Grice is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Wu Sang!
