Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Fabio Fortuna!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Uso Tuamaliki!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Alexandre Firmino and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tuamaliki closes the distance looking to clinch
and Tuamaliki takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Fortuna throws a body shot but no joy.
Tuamaliki steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Fortuna.
Fortuna avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Tuamaliki tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Tuamaliki slips under a jab from Fortuna.
Tuamaliki has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Fortuna finds it's way round the side to connect with Tuamaliki's head.
Tuamaliki tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Fortuna manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
It looked like Fortuna wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Fortuna moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Tuamaliki! Fortuna continues to tee off on Tuamaliki, landing with a left and a right! Fortuna connects with a right hand that leaves Tuamaliki sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Fortuna!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Fabio Fortuna!
